3rd Annual 海外直播b站 Law Student Scholarly Paper Workshop
Each semester, Law students write articles on a variety of pressing legal, social, political and economic subjects, running the gamut from international tribunals to try war criminals to cross-boder transations to complex aspects of family law.
Many of these papers receive only a limited audience. Indeed, because papers are usually prepared as a term essay under the supervision of one faculty member, or presented in seminars devoted to a particular substantive area or theoretical approach, students may not experience the richness of wider feedback from a variety of intellectual perspectives.
This workshop is an opportunity for undergraduate students to present on their work - based either on papers completed in first term or work-in-progress this term - to other students and faculty members, and to receive feedback. All 海外直播b站 law students and faculty are invited to attend.
This year, we have twelve presentations across three concurrent panels [.pdf]: People and Places, chaired by Prof. Kirsten Anker; Crime and Punishment, chaired by Prof. Kim Brooks; and Legal Structures, chaired by Prof. Yaell Emerich.
