This year's cohort includes Dean Vivek Venkatesh, receiving the James 海外直播b站 Professor Award and Associate Professor Angelica Galante (Director, Pluriligual Lab) who is named as a William Dawson Scholar.听

Rasel Babu, in the Department of Educational and Counselling Psychology, received a 海外直播b站 Vanier Canada Graduate Scholarship for their research topic: "Pedagogues' Readiness to Integrate Educational Technology for Teaching Language and Mathematics in Bangladeshi Secondary Classrooms."
Banting Postdoctoral Fellowship:
海外直播b站's Faculty of Education and the听Office of First Nations and Inuit Education (OFNIE) had a total of 46 graduates (16 deferred from Summer 2023 and 30 in 2023-2024) participate in the Summer 2024 convocation in the following programs:
- 16 Graduates deferred from Summer 2023
- 1 Certificate in Aboriginal Literacy in Education from (Cree School Board)
- 15 Certificates in Education for First Nations and Inuit (Cree School Board)

Chama Laassassy, M.A., Second Language Education, DISE, has been recognized for her leadership potential, strong ties with community, and innovative approaches to creating change, earning a Pathy Foundation Fellowship for 2024-2025.
Working Nation, a US-based organization working to highlight career/technical education and vocational training across the country asked Dr. Michael Lipset (DISE) to appear on their video-based YouTube series highlighting workforce efforts in education.
Filmed at SXSW EDU 2024, the video was one of a series of guest spots they filmed throughout the week and covers 4 Learning鈥檚 approach to school change, which includes vocational training in the recording arts, business of music and media, and other creative endeavors.
