Teams Phone replacing Webex softphone

We are transitioning Webex softphone users to Teams Phone throughout December. Our IT team will contact individual users to provide specific timelines.聽

Once you are migrated to Teams Phone, the only action required on your end will be to configure your voicemail. This has step-by-step instructions for configuring your voicemail, as well as an FAQ and resources to take advantage of other Teams Phone features.聽
