Government leaders, scientists and activists are convening in Baku, Azerbaijan, for the 29th United Nations Climate Change Conference (COP 29). Dubbed the 鈥淔inance COP,鈥 this year's summit aims to mobilize financial support to help lower-income countries reduce greenhouse gas emissions.聽聽
