Biography: 

Dr. Troy is a quantitative healthcare process and decision support systems analyst.聽

He earned a B.Sc. in Engineering Science and an M.Sc. in Quantitative Business Analysis from The Pennsylvania State University, and a Ph.D. in Operations Research / Management Science from Yale University.聽

His analytical skills include probability, stochastic processes, queuing theory, Monte Carlo Simulation (including discrete event simulation), optimization, systems analysis, and software development.聽

For the last several years, Dr. Troy has focused much of his efforts on analyzing, simulating and making recommendations for improving processes at the Sir Mortimer B. Davis Jewish General Hospital.聽
