Marc Delesclefs is an expert in managing complex adaptive systems, with extensive experience gained during his strategic planning work at Transport for London, where he led initiatives aimed at influencing the behaviour of a major city. His practical knowledge is complemented by a deep understanding of complexity science, which he developed while leading a team that created online courses at º£ÍâÖ±²¥bÕ¾, diving into subjects such as complexity, organizational theory, and project management. Throughout his career, Marc Delesclefs has successfully combined technical and human aspects, directing high-impact socio-cultural change programs. His versatile approach and leadership style, characterized by openness and empathy, empower teams to navigate and implement effective strategies within complex systems.

In addition to his professional background, Marc is:

  • A lecturer at the School of Management Sciences at the Université du Québec à Montréal
  • A board member of the Fertile Soils Fund (non-profit organization)

With over 13 years of experience in analytics, Nick Valiotti has worked with major players in e-commerce, telecom, and even an American startup. For the past five years, he has focused on building his own data consulting agency, Valiotti Analytics, where he helps digital enterprises and startups—like Worldcoin, Mentorshow, and Wing—develop cutting-edge analytics stacks.

Nick also holds a Master's degree in Analytics and a Ph.D., having defended his thesis on neural network models for evaluating business metrics.

When he is not consulting or researching, you will find him playing tennis or exploring his home base on the island of Cyprus.

Martin A. Bader

Martin A. Bader, Ph. D., is a Full Professor of Technology Management and Entrepreneurship at the University of Applied Sciences Ingolstadt (THI), a Lecturer at the University of St. Gallen (HSG), and has served as Adjunct Professor at º£ÍâÖ±²¥bÕ¾ since October 2024. Professor Bader is a Swiss and European Patent Attorney and a representative before the Unified Patent Court. He is the founder and managing director of BGW IP GmbH St. Gallen, specializing in intellectual property (IP) and innovation management advisory.

Previously Vice President and Chief Intellectual Capital Officer at Infineon Technologies, Professor Bader is a recognized IP strategist and long-term IAM Strategy 300 appointee. He also serves as a mediator for the WIPO Mediation Center for Alternative Dispute Resolution and sits on the editorial boards of key journals.

Professor Bader's well-known publications include the best-sellers Patent Management and Intellectual Property Management for Start-ups.
