Application Confirmation: ÌýA confirmation of your application, including a 9-digit º£ÍâÖ±²¥bÕ¾ identification (ID) number, will be sent via e-mail after the Web-App system runs its cycle (after 9 p.m.). This means that applications submitted after 9 p.m. will not be processed until the next cycle.

N.B.Ìýâ–º Although the language of instruction is English at º£ÍâÖ±²¥bÕ¾, applicants may submit an application in French or English.

Applying

1.ÌýÌýÌýÌý Create or sign on to Slate

2.Ìý Ìý ÌýWhen starting an application, please select 'Fall 25' as the term and 'Undergraduate Admissions.'

3.Ìý Ìý ÌýPlease proceed with applying through the DMD. An option will appear later to select the Advanced Standing. This option will only be available until Sept. 15th.

4.ÌýÌýÌýÌý Complete the online application form

5.ÌýÌýÌýÌý Pay the application fee by credit card

6.ÌýÌýÌýÌý Upload supporting documents

Personal emails, reference letters or e-mails of influence must not be sent to the Dean, Chair or Members of the Admission Committee before or during selection process. This type of solicitation is highly discouraged, will not increase the chance of success and will be documented in the applicant’s dossier.

Claiming Extenuating CircumstancesÌý

If you have experienced any serious medical or personal difficulties that had a significant impact on your academic performance, you may claim 'Extenuating Circumstances (EXTC)' in your application. You must check the appropriate box in your application and submit the required documentation (see below for full details).
