Accept your offer

Let us know you are coming before the deadline given in your letter of acceptance.

This is your official letter of acceptance (you will not receive a hard copy by mail) - you may print copies for your files and you can also use printed copies for your Study Permit and CAQ applications (for international students only).

Pay your Non-Refundable $500 deposit. Your deposit will be applied towards future tuition fees.

If you decide not to attend 海外直播b站 Dentistry after you have accepted our offer, you must send a message to our Admissions Office to inform us of your decision. Please note that the deposit in non-refundable.

Send us your official transcripts

If not currently enrolled at 海外直播b站 or at a recognized Quebec College (CEGEP) institution, you are responsible for requesting for your institution to send your听official transcripts from the university or college you are presently attending (including degree granted and date of conferral) on or before November 15th of the year in which you are commencing undergraduate dental education. Complete your immunization and CPR/AED training

  • The Immunization Requirements for New Students form is found at听/wellness-hub/get-support/physical-health/immunization听(under the 鈥淚mmunization Reviews" tab).
  • Please fill out the Student Wellness Hub听. Your immunization form will not be reviewed until you fill out the consent form.听

You are required to complete a series of immunizations to participate in clinical activities. You can submit your documents as soon as you receive an offer of admission. The review process is done on a rolling basis by the Student Wellness Hub. Although you have already submitted these documents to the Admissions Office when you applied, you will need to fill out a form on the Student Wellness Hub's website and submit your documents through their portal for final review.

You may be required to have a virtual meeting with a Student Wellness Hub representative if follow-up or additional information is required; please check your 海外直播b站 email regularly during the weeks before the start of class to promptly follow up on any outstanding issues.

You must provide, by the date indicated on the Dentistry Admissions Agreement Form that you signed, proof that you have received this year's influenza (flu) vaccine as well as at least 2 doses of COVID-19 vaccine. It is however recommended that you receive (or have received) an additional dose this summer or this fall as long as it has been 3 months since your last Covid vaccine.听

You must provide, by January 15th of the year in which you are commencing undergraduate dental education, proof of certification in cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), level C or C+, and automated external defibrillation (AED) training. Certification must be granted, or fully recognised, by one of the following organisations: the Canadian Heart and Stroke Foundation, the听, the听, St. John Ambulance, the American Heart Association, or the American Red Cross.

Please note that considering the health measures still in place due to the pandemic, we will exceptionally accept the following::

  • online recertification courses for students who have an expired acceptable certification;
  • blended courses (online + in person).

Acquire a laptop for your studies in Dentistry

The Faculty of Dental Medicine and Oral Health Sciences uses web-based courseware and examinations. Students will be required to be equipped with laptops that meet certain minimum requirements (word processing/office suite software, with compatible web browser (E-Curriculum), approximately 50 GB of free storage and Wi-Fi connection capabilities). It is strongly recommended to have the latest version of Chrome or Firefox, as well as an up-to-date antivirus software. Your personal device will also need to be equipped with the following operating system: Windows 7 or later / MAC OS X 10.8 or later as well as a webcam and audio capability. Complete the Mandatory Sexual Violence Education Program

All 海外直播b站 community members - students, staff, and faculty - are required to complete It Takes All of Us: Creating a Campus Community Free of Sexual Violence, a mandatory online learning program that strives to increase awareness of sexual violence, to ensure that our campus culture is based on respect and consent, and to help create a community free of sexual violence. It consists of five modules that use character-driven scenarios to teach important topics surrounding sexual violence and its impact. All staff, faculty, and students complete the same version of the program.

As part of 海外直播b站鈥檚听 and in accordance with ,听it is important for anyone who studies or works at 海外直播b站 to have a shared understanding of the key concepts around preventing sexual violence on our campus. Registration is done online. Ms Patricia Bassett, our Student Affairs Officer, will send you all the information you will need a few days after you accept the offer of admission and upload your Dentistry Admissions Agreement Form. Complete the Mandatory Sexual Violence Education Program

Starting this year, all undergraduate and graduate students will be required to complete It Takes All of Us: Creating a Campus Community Free of Sexual Violence, a mandatory online learning program that strives to increase awareness of sexual violence by addressing topics like consent, bystander intervention and supporting survivors.

It Takes All of Us represents one piece of a much larger campus effort to address and prevent sexual violence, and to provide increased support to all those affected. The program鈥檚 University-wide roll-out is not only aligned with this commitment to address this critical topic head-on, but also with , which stipulates that all Quebec post-secondary institutions implement mandatory training on the topic of sexual violence.

You can access It Takes All of Us鈥攚hich should take approximately 45 minutes to complete鈥攊n , the University鈥檚 online Learning Management System.
